FOSA Department

Front Office Service Activity (FOSA) as a department of Bandari Sacco was formed in September 2005 with purpose of meeting the members banking needs.


Scope of work and Responsibilities:

  • Provision of quality banking services to its members.
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery and in particular ensures compliance with Society's Customer Service Charter.
  • To innovate new products, repackage and re-brand the Sacco products and services to ensure that Bandari not only remains competitive but also becomes a point of reference in the African continent.
  • To monitor and ensure effective implementation and review of the society's strategic plan, policies, procedures manuals and other projects.
  • FOSA is responsible for efficient management of ATM card processes such as the process of application capturing, sorting and dispatch.
  • It is responsible for the generation and posting of customer salaries in good time.
  • Ensure ATM transactions, Electronic Funds Transfer, loans posting & recoveries are appropriately worked on.

The department has 5 personnel under the stewardship of the FOSA Manager.
